Just little something to think about and look over, I've brought this up to max awhile back but with offseason here good time to look into it and talk about.

Commissioner (CM), League Manager (LM), League Moderators (AL/NL), Forum Moderators (FoM) and Special Projects/Fantrax/Group ME Moderator (SP/FaM/GMe) Roles:
To facilitate any successful Fantasy League, a few volunteer roles need to be filled:
• Commissioner role (1 Positions):
o Oversight of ALL things MLBC.
o Review, maintain and amend the MLBC Rulebook as needed
o Max (DET) is the current Commissioner of MLBC
• League Manager roles (3 Positions):
o Oversee that fair play, integrity, and enforcement of rules and sportsmanship is adhered to by all participants
o Be available as a resource for all questions, concerns and feedback from participants
o Ensure that Fantrax head to head matchups are balanced and set for each conference for the season
o Update MLBC Master with all teams transactions in a timely manner
o Coordinate the off-season calendar of events for drafting, free agency, etc...
o Coordinate the Off-Season Entry Draft
o Post ads and seek assistance from all League participants when recruiting new GMs is required
o LM roles will be branched off into 3 different Roles to ensure things get done more efficiantly and Mods can be assigned easier for assistance.

• League Moderator roles (4 Positions in total – 2 per League):
o Provide assistance to League Managers as requested (e.g. Rulebook amendment feedback, etc…)
o Ensure the GMs in their conference of play are setting rosters correctly
o Ensure that the GMs in their conference of play are posting the transaction threads in the ProBoards threads
o Help with any questions posed to them by participant GMs
o Assist with Fantrax when needed.
o is the current American League (AL) Mods.
o is the current National League (NL) Mods.
• Fantrax Moderator roles (2 Positions):
o Assists LM that Fantrax head to head matchups are balanced and set for each conference for the season
o Watches Rosters on Fantrax, that call ups and demotions are being followed by League Guidelines.
o Ensures Rosters on Fantrax are in line with MLBC Master for each team.
o is the current Fantrax Moderator (FaM)
• Proboards Forum Moderator (1 position):
o Assits in the function and technical support of the ProBoards site
o Helps LM with Display changes, backdrop etc
o Can help assist other LM’s, when help is needed.
o is the current MLBC Forum Moderator (FoM)
• Special Projects Moderator (1 position):
o This role is the lead GM who does Awards and GM interviews for the group of us in MLBC
o is the current Special Projects Moderator (SP)
• Group ME Moderator (1 position):
o This role is the lead GM who monitors the SCD Group Chat activity and topics
o is the current GroupMe Moderator (GMe)
