A Rule Clarification -- Opt out clauses

Hello all-
It came to my attention recently that we never truly decided what to do for opt out clauses in player's real life contracts. These are becoming more and more present in today's MLB landscape. Consider this the official clarification on how we treat them here.
Any opt out will become a team option, but be treated like an opt out is. If it is accepted, you are accepting the rest of the contract (until the next opt out, if there is one).
For example, let's address the case of Clayton Kershaw. If he was on his real life contract in MCD, he would be paid $33M. He has an opt out in real life after this season. So for MCD purposes, he would have a team option for the 2019 season. If his MCD team accepts the option, they pay his $32M salary in 2019 but are also on the hook for his 2020 salary of $33M.
I will be updating the Master ASAP to reflect this officially, retroactive to all contracts that have been accepted. It will be denoted as all other options, with the option year salary in blue; however, if you see salaries in black after the year with a blue salary, it means those years also become guaranteed once you accept the blue option year.
