Hello all.  In this very competitive climate, I am no longer happy with the state of my team so here's what I'm thinking:

I am open to dealing all of my players for a replacement at that position and spects/picks.  The replacement is especially important for the top tiers.  Please PM or PC me with IDEAS not just, "what for.."
